I would like to know if my use of Hazardous Substances triggers:

• A Location Test Certificate (LTC)

  The need for a LTC is triggered by the quantity lists in the Class 1-5 Controls Regulations Schedule 3 Table 4

• Stationary Container Systems Certificate (SCSC) for my tank

  SCSC are required for all belowground tanks, for aboveground petrol tanks > 2,500 litres, and for Diesel, toxic, corrosive and eco-toxic tanks > 5,000 litres. SCSC  are also needed for all fuel tanks attached to stationary engines (generators or fire pumps) > 500 litres and burners at 60 litres

• Approved Handler requirements

  Approved handler requirements are triggered for class 2-5 (flammables and oxidisers) at the quantities in the Class 1-5 Controls Regulations Schedule 3 Table 2 and the 6,8,9 Regulations in Schedule 1.
