This process is a straightforward, simple and convenient method for yourself and your staff to renew certification of existing approved handlers, but if you do get stuck at any stage please don't hesitate to contact us.

A straight renewal is estimated to take about an hour, but you can leave the course and come back later if you run out of time to do the course in one sitting.  You can log in from home or anywhere that suits.

To enable us to renew your certificate we need to verify your identity so you will need your original Approved Handler Certificate.
